Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that the Allottee / Purchaser cancels the booking of the Unit / Apartment, or in case of cancellation or termination of the Agreement for Sale related to the Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee, Binary Infrastructures (“the Promoter”) shall be entitled to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee as per the terms and conditions specified in the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement for Sale (as applicable).
Any balance amount, if paid by the Allottee over and above the forfeited amount, shall be refunded in accordance with the terms and timelines specified in the respective agreement executed between the Promoter and the Allottee.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes or differences arising between the Promoter and the Allottee in relation to the booking, allotment, or purchase of the Unit shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.
In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the matter shall be referred to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) having appropriate jurisdiction, and the decision of the authority shall be binding in accordance with applicable laws.
Highness
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the Allottee / Purchaser chooses to cancel the booking of the Unit / Apartment, or if the Agreement for Sale related to the Unit is cancelled or terminated, Highness (“the Promoter”) shall have the right to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee as per the terms and conditions outlined in the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement for Sale (as applicable).
Any remaining balance amount paid by the Allottee, if applicable, shall be refunded subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the executed agreement between the Promoter and the Allottee.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising between the Promoter and the Allottee in connection with the booking, allotment, or purchase of the Unit shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual understanding.
If such disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be referred to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) having jurisdiction, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable real estate laws.
